James Woody Woolsey brings over 25 years of experience in freight brokerage and logistics, earning a reputation as a top performer and trusted deal maker. Known for his strategic mindset and relationship driven approach, he excels in market strategy, business development, and operational execution. For James, great logistics is about more than moving freight. It is about people, timing, and the art of the deal.

With over 25 years in transportation and logistics, including a long tenure at CH Robinson, I bring deep industry knowledge and a collaborative mindset to every partnership. As Procurement Director at PLX Freight, I’m focused on building strong carrier relationships and driving growth through exceptional service.

Justin delivers tailored, end-to-end supply chain solutions that improve efficiency, cut costs, and drive long-term success. With expertise in consultative sales, account management, and market analysis, he builds lasting client partnerships through transparency, strategy, and performance.

Chris is a Fire Lieutenant, SCUBA Instructor, and Director of Summit County Water Rescue. Now leading sales at PLX Freight, he brings decades of public service and leadership to the logistics industry.

With a background in data analysis, e-commerce, and digital marketing, I bring a results-driven approach to client service and business growth. I’ve spent the past 8 years running an online supplement brand, focusing on analytics, email campaigns, and sales strategy. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me on the golf course.

Kelley has worked in logistics since 2017, starting with a small family-owned company where she gained a strong foundation in transportation and customer service. She brings hands-on experience across multiple freight modes including dry van, reefer, flatbed, hopper, conestoga, and tanker, and is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and dedication to customer success.

A U.S. Air Force veteran and experienced truck owner-operator, Ronald Smith brings discipline, industry insight, and hands-on expertise to PLX Freight. With training from the University of Akron’s freight broker program, he combines logistics knowledge with strong problem-solving and customer service skills to ensure smooth, reliable operations.
